Loft Conversion

The Loft Conversion takes a disused textile warehouse and strips it back to its best bones: cast-iron columns, the original floorboards, a run of north-light roof. The intervention is light — new glazing, a single inserted mezzanine, and service cores pushed to the edges to keep the central volume clear.

The result is a studio and events space that can be reconfigured in an hour and that carries the memory of its industrial past visibly into its new life.
